AAC Brick Molding Machine

       AAC light weight concrete brick production by aerated blocks machine factory, the main material based on Silicon materials (sand, fly ash, gangue contains silicon) and Calcium(cement and lime), mix with foaming agent (Aluminium powder), after batching, mixing, pouring, pre-curing, cutting, steam (autoclaved), and other process.

     AAC Classification: according to the type of raw materials, manufacturing process and function can be divided into: aerated concrete block and aerated concrete panel.

 For making AAC Block Raw materials:

 

     Tailing sand, fly ash, pressurization ash, slag, stone waste, calcium carbide mud, coal gangue, phosphorous, iron slag, steel slag, gold tailings, smelting slag, ceramic polishing mud and other industrial waste.
