 JYM series automatic hydraulic brick making machine is a new type hydraulic and autoclaved brick making plant ,we newly push which adopt international advanced brick making technology, under domestic brick making  operate level and specific condition of different materials. It has advanced forming process, principle of automatic  control and control mode. Upgraded and optimized points, such as structural layout, pressure, molding blocks,  feeding height, exhaust way and so on, lead multi-stage pressure add and multiple exhaust working way, in other  word, molding in high pressure and press in short time (Press rule: press in low pressure—the first exhaust—press in medium pressure—the second exhaust—press in high pressure—maintain pressure － pressure relief). JYM  series Fully automatic hydraulic brick making machine unit contain hydraulic brick making machine, full automatic setting machine, belt conveyor, pusher machine, quantitative weighting blanking device, etc. Power comes from  hydraulic station. Adopt SIEMENS S7-300 PLC, realize online operate control of host, setting machine, small car  pusher machine, etc.

It can be equipped with various molds and easy to produce bricks with different specifications, such as hollow  brick, solid brick, small block, road brick, etc.
