1.The machine has reasonable design structure and advanced technology. The upper die is equipped with super vibration motor, and the lower die is equipped with mechanical Double shaft synchronous vibration box, which is guided by four vertical shafts and can realize vertical directional vibration. The blocks produced have uniform density, high strength and high cost performance.

2.The design adopts the motor push-pull die, which can greatly reduce the labor intensity of the operator.

3.The machine adopts proximity switch as the main control element, integrating mechanical, microelectronics, technology and pneumatic transmission. Step control can be realized according to the whole process flow of block production.

4.The mold is easy to change, with different specifications of the mold, can produce a variety of wall block products. Easy to operate, do not need strict technical training. The production process is simple, the block can be naturally maintained, save energy.
