 QT10-15 automatic cement brick machine is mainly composed of rack assembly, press head assembly, vibration assembly, feeding car, hopper assembly, plate feeding machine, brick machine, hydraulic system, control system nine major components. Work is to store the stirred material inside the hopper, through the control of time needed for the different brick materials sent to the feeding dolly, feeding the car through the oil cylinder to the mould material, head down and at the same time start the vibration of rapid prototyping, semi-auto molding the good brick pushed to the platform, with control system of automatic control in the whole production process.
