1、 Process for producing cement brick from iron tailings

80% ~ 85% tailings are mixed with 15% ~ 20% quicklime powder in proportion, mixed and dissolved with 9% water, formed by liquid pressing tailings steam curing brick machine, dried or naturally dried before entering the kiln, with water content less than 4%, and then carbonized in the tunnel kiln. 4、 Process for producing refractory brick from lead-zinc tailings

The overflow can be used to make refractory bricks. Some 2.362mm clay clinker and slurry are added to the overflow. 5、 Process for producing autoclaved brick from lead-zinc tailings
The chemical composition of lead-zinc mine tailings is relatively stable and suitable for the production of autoclaved silicate bricks. 85% lead-zinc tailings are added with 15% quicklime, an appropriate amount of water is added for primary mixing, mixed into the warehouse for digestion, and then an appropriate amount of water is added for secondary mixing. The tailings are autoclaved into finished products after natural curing. The finished brick has high strength and beautiful color. Through the test, the compressive strength is 18-21mpa, the flexural strength is 3.7-5.5mpa, the frost resistance is good, and other physical properties meet the use requirements.
6、 Technology of producing lime sand autoclaved brick from copper tailings
Copper tailings is a kind of fine sand mainly composed of quartz and more than ten kinds of minerals. Tailings and lime are used as raw materials to produce environmental protection tailings brick through batching, mixing, tailings steam curing brick machine pressing, autoclave and other processes. After inspection, the quality of lime sand brick meets the industrial standard of building materials, the appearance index is class I brick, and the technical index is higher than red brick, so its application prospect is broad.
7、 Process for producing porcelain wall tiles from gold tailings

8、 Tungsten tailings calcified brick
Calcified brick is also called lime sand brick. Its main raw materials are tailings and lime. After being processed and crushed, lime is mixed with tailings to remove impurities, stirred with water, then put into silo for digestion, pressing and molding, and become finished products after steam curing. After testing, all indexes of the finished product meet the requirements of national standard brick No. 150 and the national radiation protection standard of building materials.
