Introduction to the production line of non-steaming foamed concrete block/slab

 Non-steaming foamed concrete block is a new type of green self-insulation wall material, which is made of river sand, lime, fly ash and other materials with high silicon content as the main raw materials and physical foaming agent, after mixing, foaming pouring, static stop cutting and curing.

The production line includes: feeding system, foaming mixing pouring system, peeling and scraping system, cutting system, mold, driving mechanism, palletizing mechanism, etc.

Production line flow:

All kinds of raw material storage store-measuring batching - raw material mixing with water - stirring - foaming mixing - mold preparation - pouring - initial setting static stop - demoloming - horizontal cutting - into the maintenance room - normal temperature maintenance - finished products out of the maintenance room - inspection of finished products - packaging - stacking storage - delivery.
